When will I receive my first order?
Your order will be shipped on the very next Wednesday, and every Wednsday thereafter, depending on your chosen delivery frequency.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Of course! Our plans are completely flexible, and you are never locked into a plan with us. Although when you taste our coffee, we don't think you'll be going anywhere!
How do I make changes to my subscription?
You can change the products, amount or frequency of your subscription through your account. This will change all upcoming orders.
- Log in to your Strada Coffee Roasters account
- Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
- Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
- Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the product box.
- To edit quantity, change/add products, edit frequency, addresses or pause/resume click the relevant section
- To view all upcoming orders and dates click the ‘scheduled’ tab
Can I get a Speciality Single Origin as a subscription?
As our coffee changes seasonaly, at this time our specialty single origin is not available as a subscription option.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can easily unsubscribe at any time through your account or by emailing us at enquries@stradacoffee.com.au
