How to make delicious AeroPress coffee.

Coffee Used: Royal Parade Blend.

15g of freshly ground coffee.

200ml of filtered water.

Water temp should be between 93 – 96 degrees celcius.

1 serve.

Tip – boil filtered water in kettle. When kettle completes boil, let water sit for approximately 45 seconds to achieve a temperature between 93 - 96 degrees celcius.

1. Pre-heat filtered water, have ready to use.

2. Place filter inside the AeroPress lid.

3. Dissassemble AeroPress, then screw lid back in place on top of your cup.

4. Pour heated water (at least half way) into AeroPress to pre-heat.

5. To remove water, put the top of your AeroPress in and slowly push down. This will push all the water out.

6. Remove cap from AeroPress and pull the press back until it is between 10-15mm from top.

7. Add medium to fine freshly ground coffee.

8. Place on scale and tare.

9. Start your timer as you begin to pour in 200ml of filtered water (93 – 96 degrees celcius).

10. Gently stir the brew.

11. Place lid back on and let it brew for 90 seconds.

12. Carefully flip AeroPress onto your serving cup (be careful).

13. Slowly press down until you reach the bottom.

14. Serve and enjoy.
